This excursion introduces you into the culture and history of Nicaragua knowing the museums, parks and historical sites of the Capital of the Republic since 1852, located next to Lake Xolotlan or Managua it is the main entrance for visitors to the country.

We will begin by a visit to Acahualinca Footprints Museum, where we will see footprints from humans and animals escaping from a volcano eruption between 6.000 to 10.000 years ago.

Next we will visit historical sites like: The Old Cathedral destroyed by the earthquake of 1972, the Presidential House, the waterfront, the Central Market where you can observe or buy the finest Nicaraguan Handcrafts, the National Palace of Culture, the Central Park, Tiscapa Hill Historical Park, Park of Peace, National Theatre Ruben Dario, the new Metropolitan Cathedral which was the last built in the past century, making it the most modern cathedral of our time.
