The Culinary Tour
At 10:00 am, you’ll head to a market where you’ll witness a demonstration displaying the different fish, vegetables and fruits of Peru. Then, you’ll learn how to cook a Peruvian ceviche at one of the best local seafood restaurants.
Next, you’ll take a guided tour of a Pisco tavern and cellar where you’ll learn how to prepare Pisco Sour as well as other famous Peruvian cocktails. This is your chance to taste our famous national liquor, Pisco, a brandy distilled from grapes.
To finish the day, you’ll have lunch at a touristic restaurant and visit a boutique where you’ll be able to buy Peruvian cookbooks and souvenirs before being returned to your hotel.
